Biography

 I am an artist whose work is rooted in observation, presence and the study of form.

I was born in Heidelberg (Germany) and grew up in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), where I completed my studies in stage design at UNIRIO. During this period, I studied drawing from the live model with the painter Lydio Bandeira de Mello.

In 2015, I left Brazil and spent three years in India, where I worked at the Kanha Shanti Vanam meditation center as a landscape designer.

I currently live in Freiburg (Germany), where I teach drawing while continuing to develop my work in painting and observation-based practice.
